You bring up a very important topic that has also weight heavy on my own mind.

On one hand I am absolutley all for body positivity, I really believe you should be able to love yourself at any size, your body does not define your worth.

On the other hand as a health coach I also believe it's ok to want to lose weight as long as your intentions are in the right place. I always work with clients (and myself) to want to work on health as a form of self care. To want to nurture your body with healthy foods, to move your body because movement helps you to feel fit and strong.

I don't think they have to be mutually exclusive. I think you can work on body positivity whilst also being health positive too.
