I think yes, like Weight Watchers it is just another diet and I was hoping for more. I think dieting can support many people but I feel more needs to be done on the educating part of nutrition and metabolism but also how we equate our bodies to our self-worth. The psycological and mindset components are vitally important if it's going to integrate into people's lives and be long lasting.
