Wow, I loved this so much. I am sat in my office and am lucky enough to live in the mountains and so can see hundreds of trees from my window.

I did this practice and what I heard was:

You already are. Like from the moment a tree spoutsit has so much room to grown and evolve and always has been enough. I also heard the message of abondance and how there is always enough and how that is clearly represented when I live and surrounded by such nature.
