Try It, It Really Works

How often do you get stuck in analysis paralysis? We are in an age of information overload and it can be distracting, overwhelming and procrastination can become one of my favourite pastimes.

Whether it’s writing that next article, starting your business, a new project, starting a new diet, a gym programme or putting that next health habit into action, getting going is always the hardest part. It’s easy to get blind sighted with all the fears, should’s, would’s or why you cants.

But the best idea and intentions in the world means nothing if it just stays stuck whirling inside that skull of yours.

If you want something to change your life you have to commit to taking ACTION on it.

This I why committing to just a 5-minute action can get you out of a funk and moving towards your goals again.

Simply commit to 5 minutes of doing something, anything that will help to move you forward.

Maybe that’s 5 minutes of writing, or opening up a book and committing to 5 minutes of reading, 5 minutes of learning, 5 minutes of the warm-up of your workout routine, 5 minutes searching for a healthy recipe to try.
