Medium is something of a mysterious beast, so many of us get completely hooked onto it, especially if you have had any taste of an article doing well.
It can be exciting, and rewarding but also very often disappointing and frustrating all at once.
The rollercoaster of emotions are very real for the Medium writer, and so this is why I share articles like this. As much as it’s to inspire new writers to keep on writing, it’s also to remind me, of just how far I have come.
From getting the first article that tipped over the $10 mark, then to the first $100 article and having my mind blown to realise that $1000+ articles are also possible for little ole me.
