This is a great resources, I'm going to bookmark this. Even as a health coach and knowing the benefits of meal planning I must admit it's one thing I loathe. I think it's because my current apartment doesn't have a very big fridge or freezer. And also food here in france seems to go off quite quickly.

But it's definitely an area I could improve on, so I'll be coming back to these once the madness of the holidays is over.
