How To Reflect And Reset Before Your Step Into The New Year

There have been many ups and downs through 2021, yet I can almost feel the energy of optimism that comes with the anticipation of a New Year and fresh starts.

There has been so much doom and gloom that we have all had to contend with as we do our best to navigate what feels like a never-ending pandemic.

Yet, somehow I feel strangely hopeful about the future, maybe that’s my naivety and the belief that good things always come out of hard times. But truthfully I don’t care what it is, I need to give that to myself to keep on showing up day after day.

Even through all that has felt hard, I like to use this time between Christmas and New Year to allow myself to reflect back and really pull out all of the wins, lessons and realisations of the year.
