It always comes down to the eating part. Yes walking and training can support your journey but diet and your emotional reponses to food are so important.

I'v been a huge fan of journaling for mindset and not just around eating, it has certainly been a game changer for me in many ways.

The key is to discover what is the trigger for the emotional eating. What's is you are trying to get from food? Once you bring that into you awarness you can start to consider other ways you can soothe that emotion without having to turn to food.
