I used to force myself to get up at 5am for many years. More of a need to be able to get any work done around my young kids.

Now they are a little older and I'm finally getting some time back, I now naturally wake up between 5 and 6 on most mornings. It was forced in the beginning but now I naturally a morning person.

It's so easy to get sucked in with these influencers asthetic routines, but it's not always the reality. Though in my case it did help me.
