I trained myself to be a morning person out of necessity. Like you a mum and running a business, it was the only time I could get anything done. As my kids got older I started to enjoy allowing myself to sleep longer, my aging body and brain required it.

But like today I was up at 4am, not by choice, but just because my body woke up. So I decided to get up and at it.

I'll definitely be having a nap later though.
