I totally agree, far too many people get bogged down with the exercise part and yet it's a very small part of weight loss. People have to start with where they are at. Though I won't like I find pure joy in exhausting myself to the core and walking out the gym covered in sweat. But that is why I am one of the wierd ones who made fitness my job.
