I too have been through so many up's and downs when it comes to self acceptance, and maybe even more so when it's come to my body.

For many years I have been using the mantra ' I am loved, I am safe, I am enough' these words when spoken out loud to myself, looking directly in the eyes as i look in the mirror in the morning have been incredibly powerful on my own journey to acceptance.
