I really love your writing style, though......I have really mixed feelings about this. Whilst essentially I think it's important to come in tune with what actual real hunger feels like, (most people have no idea what is actual hunger and what isn't).
It can also be a really damaging message to a stressed out mother who is all over the place with her hormones and eating habits. Just telling her to go hungry will leave her feeling like a failure when she just can't stop picking food off the kids plate no matter how many times you scream at her to just go hungry.
Likewise to the person that has a history of an eating disorder this message could plumet them into a really unhealthy place.
So whilst I take the message and some people indeed do need to just stop eating as much, the mindset about food and nutrition can be more complex and for many people needing more compassion and guidance to find a solution that works for the individual.
