I really enjoyed the 5 am club book and had been getting up at 5 am for the last 8 or so years. It definitly wored for me whilst trying to work on my business when still having young kids at home. Now as they are getting older I am relishing in, and my body is needing more sleep.
Getting up at 5am had it's benefits but then so does getting enough sleep.
