I love this, I am a huge believer and follower of a morning routine. I notice and feel the difference when I don't implement my own.

I also like your point on the way people view health and fitness. It's not just about reps and sets in the gym, or your macros of your food. It's more holistic and how we look healthy living and integrate welbeing into our lives.
