I love the way you have laid out this concept. If people could look at movement of any type as a practice more than something they have to go through to look a certain way, I think more people would see more success.
I have been training all of my adult life in one way or another from pole fitness, callisthenics, OCR racing and general fitness. The times I have always seen the best results is when I focus on the practice over the workout it's self.
