I LOVE listening to David Goggins when I'm out on training runs. I really feel his words hit harder and make me push myself that little bit harder.

Though there was this one time I pushed through some really painful chaffing. I thought if Goggins can run on broken legs, I can run through a little bit of chaffing. Many that hurt for days to come though, ha ha!
