I have gotten up at 5am for years. I had to to be able to run my business whilst also having two small children at home.
It's hard at first but once you get into a rhythm your body is naturally ready to wake in the morning.
I'm now at a time in my life as a woman who is getting older and my body, hormone levels and my immune system require more sleep.
I'm feeling so much better for sleeping a little longer and now have 6am wake up's.
