I have done cold showers in the past as well as a couple of cryotherapy trips. It's certainly invigorating. I also live in the mountains and so our cold showers can get really cold, I like to use the Wim Hoff breathing method when I do this. I have gotten out of the habbit, because, well it's flipping cold and uncomfortable. But you may have convinced me to re-start it again.
