I have been a group fitness instructor for over 20 years, so I do love the energy of a group class. But I have always done my own training at my own home gym and I love it. Though I'm also a natural introvert and so alone time is important to.

I think there are so many benefits to having a home gym, it really reduces the barriers. Your set up looks amazing too.
