I always find with clients that breakfast can be one of the toughest ones. I'm pretty boring and often eat the same thing which is generally a protein smoothie, I just can't get with overnight oats. If i'm feeling hungrier some variety of eggs and toast usually hits the spot.

I like these ideas though so will try them out.
