Facebook ads are something of a bugbear of mine. I have a real love-hate relationship with them, but I know they do have the power to be highly effective when you can get them right.

I’m often saving swipe files of copy, images and getting ideas of how the best converting ads are structured. Usually, I just save ones that stand out on my own Facebook feed and put them into a google doc to create a swipe file. The ads that stop me from scrolling are the ones that get saved.

But Rachel Penderston just shared this game-changing tip the other day and it made creating swipe files that much easier.

1. Go to facebook ads library
2. Type in the country that you want to see and ad category, or you can just select all.
3. Type in keyword or name of competitor
4. Get access to all of the ads that they are currently running

For my own search I looked up someone who I know is really successful in the online fitness space and got instant access to all of her ads.
