Get Off Your Diet And Lose Weight — Then Keep It Off Too

Ever found yourself saying that you want to get healthier and in better shape but that the timing just isn’t right? Maybe you have a birthday, an event, or people visiting and you should probably wait and get started week or next month or the next whenever you are telling yourself you will have more time.

The expectation is that we will do better when we have more time or a clear schedule.

We all give our future selves way too much credit.

Sure you may get a good start when your calendar has an open spot, but then what happens as soon as life starts happening once again?

You fall off the rails and the weight piles back on. It’s yoyo dieting 101 and I don’t want you to fall into this trap.

It’s easy to get seduced by a fancy new workout, diet or technique that promises to drop 30lb in 30 days

You just need this and you’ll be set….

But no shiny object or earth-shattering diet formula will give you a happy healthy body if your foundation is based upon something you cannot sustain when normal life is happening.
