My medium has dropped but it’s still averaging around $200 a month so I’m still here writing away just not quite as much. Especially as we also have a big renovation happening this year. This will also be renting out part of our property. Though living in a ski resort is expensive, the income potential on property (and the lifestyle) is worth it.
