An interesting experiment. I have actually just started taking creatine for the first time though I am not new to exercise. I have been able to lift heavier, generally feel I have more energy for workouts but also very supprisingly feel like I have more mental clarity. As the benefits to brain health are also starting to become apparent in creatine research.
