Ah this is so good, I love a morning routine and already do most of what you are suggesting BUT the one thing that really struck for me the slowing down part. Yes I do morning journaling and meditation but after that I am rush rush rush. Yes I am stressed and I have just written about that. But your article just was the perfect realisation, I stress less by slowing down and not making myself feel bad about that.
