A great cover of all bases. I certainly used to train a lot in higher intensities but as I’m getting older I’m actually also enjoying longer and lower intensity work. Not just for fat loss but zone 2 cardio is also incredibly beneficial for heart health too.

I always think varying intensities is key alongside strength work.
