I feel like most of us have been dealing with some level of stress over the last two years, but for many, it’s so gradual that we often don’t link the signs that show up in the body and recognise them as a response to stress.

Stress is affecting many of us, myself included and it’s impacting not only our physical health, mental health but also our waistlines.

  • Everything Hurts — The body feels achy and tired, with tight muscles and sensitive nerves.
