It’s always a great time to get intentional about what you want to create in your year.

So get our your journal and use these 5 prompts today to help you get focused and fired up for the year ahead:

  • What was the best thing about 2021?
  • What was your biggest lesson or realisation in 2021?
  • What are you most grateful for right now?
  • What are you going to do differently in 2022?
  • What 3 things are you determined to achieve in 2022?

So just have a moment with yourself today where you reflect on these questions and allow yourself to feel into the goals. Really create the vision of what it would look like for you to end next year with just those 3 goals in place. How would that change the game for you in your life?
